Nothing on this website is a loan offer or commitment. All loan amounts, terms, and rates are determined in person after appraisal of your item and are set out in the written loan agreement and pawn ticket provided at the time of the transaction. Interest does not exceed a maximum APR of 24%. Extensions and renewals are available where permitted by New York law.
Quotes given by phone, email, or through our website forms are non-binding ballpark estimates based on your description. Final valuations require in-person inspection. Appraisals are free and carry no obligation.
New York law requires valid government-issued photo identification for every pawn or purchase transaction. You represent that you are at least 18 years of age and the lawful owner of any item you present, or are authorized to transact with it. Transaction details are recorded and reported to law enforcement as required by law.
Pawned items are stored securely and insured while in our possession. You may redeem your collateral by repaying the loan under the terms of your written agreement. If a loan is not repaid within the agreed period, including any extensions, the collateral is surrendered as payment in full as provided by New York law. Pawn loans are non-recourse: we do not pursue collection, report to credit bureaus, or take legal action for unpaid pawn loans.
