Privacy Policy

Discretion is the foundation of this business. Here is exactly what information we collect, why, and what we do — and don't do — with it.

1. Information You Provide

When you request a quote through our website, you may provide your name, email address, phone number, item descriptions, and photos. Quote forms are processed by JotForm, our form provider. When you transact in person, New York law requires us to collect and record your government-issued photo identification and a description of the item, and to report transaction information to law enforcement. This is a legal obligation of every licensed pawnbroker, not a choice.

2. Information Collected Automatically

Like most websites, our hosting and embedded services may log standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited. Embedded third-party services on this site — Google Maps, Google Fonts, and JotForm — may set cookies or collect usage data under their own privacy policies.

3. How We Use Information

We use the information you provide to respond to quote requests, conduct and document transactions, comply with legal and regulatory obligations, and operate and secure this website. We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your information for third-party advertising. We do not share it except as required by law (including mandatory law-enforcement reporting), to service providers who process it on our behalf (such as our form provider), or to protect our legal rights.

4. Retention and Security

Transaction records are retained for the periods required by New York law and financial regulations, including federal recordkeeping requirements applicable to pawnbrokers. Quote inquiries are kept only as long as needed to respond and follow up. We use reasonable safeguards to protect information in our custody; collateral records are handled with the same discretion as the collateral itself.

5. Your Choices and Rights

You may contact us to ask what inquiry information we hold about you or to request deletion of quote-form submissions, except where we are legally required to retain records. Note that transaction records mandated by law cannot be deleted on request.

6. Children

Our services are for adults 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.
